An election will be held at the October 18, 2025 AGM to fill three (3) 3-year term positions and one(1) 1-year term position created with the resignation of one board member.
Nominations can be submitted using this electronic
Nomination Form. A resume must be included with the electronic submission.
The submission deadline is midnight on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
To be eligible to serve as a Director, an individual must:
a. Have attained the age of eighteen (18) years of age or older.
b. Have the power under law to contract.
c. Have not been convicted of a significant offence in the past five years.
d. Have not been declared incapable by a Court in Canada or in another country.
e. not have the status of an undischarged bankrupt.
