Laura MacMillan named Softball BC Programs and Championship Director

Softball BC is pleased to announce the addition of Laura MacMillan to its provincial office in the role of Programs and Championship Director as of January 6, 2025.

Laura is no stranger to softball in British Columbia. A Level V & WBSC International umpire and comp-dev trained coach, she's been involved in local, provincial, national and international softball-related activities as a volunteer, committee member, coach, umpire instructor/evaluator and player.

Beyond her connections to our softball community, Laura brings a breadth of experience in event, program and project management. This, combined with her educational background, which includes a Master's in Sport Management, will undoubtedly help our team guide Softball BC to achieve its strategic goals.
